not promised tomorrow

there are 365 days in a year, correct?
That’s 52 weeks, 8,760 hours.

we’re not guaranteed all
of those days, weeks, hours.

I’m not promised tomorrow any more
than I’m promised next year.

I’m not promised the next second any more
than I’m promised next week.

even though I’m not promised tomorrow,
I’m ok with that. I’ve learned to be ok with that.

because even though I’m not promised tomorrow,
I would be okay with the life I’ve lived, and that would be ok.

don’t take time for granted.

after all, we’re not promised tomorrow.
