pain is a stern Master telling you like it is
cold hearted redeemer caring little about your feelings
inside the hurt is truth
spike to the brain causing a chain reaction
putting you into action
halt who goes there?
it's the big hurt, stop and think logically
or I'm going to kill you
even worse I can leave you to linger
there is none of us impervious to it
it will either break you or make you
I'm a believer
pain is my religion
