Sometimes it feels like
My whole life -
I’ve been ready to die
at
any
moment
of
any
Day.
Maybe that is why
I am this way -
Capable of instantaneous
Shift,
To
A mold,
Too cold to hold,
From heart
felt
warmth
felt
Warm,
Prepared for
self
Harm:
Just
to
show
Them,
I
am
who
I
am.

I told someone "I killed it with rage".
They invented the term "vitamin rage".
... I was thinking about lycanthrope like shifts, in different forms, which I think this concept leaves room for.

We are who we are. For me it is when I am being poked and poked and poked until
I feel the swell of an army ready to defend and combust.
Yes - let's bring out the knives of words and be done with it so I can enjoy the rest of my day!!
I do welcome my rage but I can't live there.

I feel this piece to my core, Cipher! .... Personally, (for reasons that are too long and vast for comments) , I use (ok, I stole... lol ) the sayings "Hate & Rage" and "Part Animal Part Machine" as my 'signature sign off' to any update on Facebook (which I barely use anymore) that has to do with my life's journey of self introspection/improvement/reflection....I do so, because I feel like I need that badassery of imagery to remind myself not to give up; it's kind of a shout out to that beastly side of myself (and to the artist Henry Rollins, who I'm a huge fan of) ... Allowing my truth to shine bright, as well as injecting courage, strength and an unapologetic sense of self.... To motivate. Funneling all my perceived and actual 'hate and rage' to "Crush" whatever it is that needs crushing.... To be brutal when it's needed and not feel one once of regret for it!!
To me, your sentiments here feel similar.... and really hit home big time....

Really love the lycanthrope angle, the imagery of the shift and ensuing rage is so palpable. Feeling stuck in that fight or flight mode all the time, having those feelings really does something to the mind. Maybe some days, or even minutes, there is fear while others being completely reckless. That shift can be instantaneous. Sometimes you need it to feel alive and sometimes it feels like you are going to die. I love this Cipher. So powerful!

You are a very deep and lucid thinker. I feel like frequencies may interact and produce effects and responses. The frequencies which you here present engage me and empower me.
... there is this movie I like called "Soldier" with Kurt Russel... but in the movie there is this soldier who has been raised as a babe to be a soldier.
He is replaced for these GMO soldiers, and left for dead on a wasteland planet, where he meets "regular people" and lives with a family.
The mother/wife asks him what it feels like to be a soldier. He has trouble answering.
She encourages him to share and he says:
"Fear... and discipline..."
that is kind of deep...
I just think that we as humans have the surface and that which lies beneath the surface... and art of arts from heart of hearts...
accesses what lies beneath and transforms them into symbols, which become elements in the process of alchemy.
I honestly feel so good to be writing and endeavoring to participate in this process...
It feels really good to be understood and accepted. (I was once told by a wise man that we will never be understood by others... I think about this...)
to receive frequencies that transform me.
I do all I can to express my appreciation in different ways with willful intent.
Above all things...
