Awww... I get that... I have a stuffed teddy 🐻 that I've had since I was about 5 or 6... his nose is smushed to one side because I've slept on it for so many years..... lol... I do the same.

I miss my family but we skpe a lot people sometimes drain me...

I relate so much to that draining,feeling, too. It's very similar with my own family. I try to take them in small doses... lol..... yet, I also know that I need to force myself out of my bubble sometimes, to remain all around healthy and to just be active, in general ... I tend to wallow too deep and isolate far far too long..... I've learned that about myself... and that usually leads to no place good.

I am so grateful for your reply and the generous list add, Brenda... Thank you! Your thoughts and insights—Well, they mean a lot to me. I really do find comfort knowing that there is an understanding of where I was coming from and what I was trying to convey.... That soothes, in a sense...

The isolation and social distancing certainly had an effect on everyone. It's really changed the way we did business but it also made me appreciate my relationship with family and friends.

It's probably much different being locked down with family and a significant other versus doing it all alone. I don't mind being by myself and I'm used to the aloneness, it's when I purposely self isolate without a good reason, that I can start myself down a slippery slope, usually unintended.

I am so glad you were able to make a seemingly negative situation, a positive one; while deepening  your family ties. That's definitely a bonus and a really wonderful lesson to have garnered.
