I am commonly mistaken for a person that is rude
I just state obvious facts- striping the truth nude
My behavior would have been fine If I was a dude
Being a bitch of my own mind I choose to live in solitude

When I am friendly its mistaken for being devious
I admit my gears are always turning but I can be serious
But what fun would that be- conversations would be tedious
And I commonly find the better behaved to be insidious

Being happy has become my daily choice
I don't have to speak as my fingers are now my voice
Laying down what I think and feel without making noise
Elevating my own mood being my own hoist

I didn't choose the journey of life and the path I am on - Not all of it
But I can choose the music playing while we ride to the end bit by bit
Being as genuine as I can be baby no counterfeit
Being fake is hard work and so is being a hypocrite
