Luscious. The whole time I’m reading I kept vacillating between the actual fires in CA vs the fires of the heart. I’m going with the latter over the former. Way more romantic and hopeful. The meter and rhythm of this write is superb. Lovely write. H🌷

Great writing, there has been some very good poems on DUP of late and this one is right up there 👌👍😀
I always thought a spark was a good thing, now I'm beginning to wonder, like maybe I should tread more carefully. I don't think this poem could have been more perfectly written.
