Educator, teacher, cat mom, procrastinator. I have a B.A. in English from a small college in the Deep South. I am currently pursuing a graduate degree in Special Education. I thrive on iced coffee, books, and lab-produced dopamine tablets. I love stories, whether presented through art, music, writing, or photography/film.

I started writing poetry in my early twenties. I'm an avid reader of many different genres and a lover of poetry, especially spoken word/slam poetry. I recently won first place for my poem "Mamaw's Kitchen."
