Unrequited Meaning
Sometimes you go so long without something
You forget how it feels
You forget just how much it means
Or how powerful it is
Or how to do it
Or simply that it is real.
But in regards to you, the statement is wrong
And so the crave, the memory is strong;
Feels electric.
Means everything.
Hugging, healing, kissing, yearning. Eyes closed-
But you’ve forgotten; it’s been too long
You forget how it feels
You forget just how much it means
