I Failed Youth
for now
that time alone
I crave in magnitude
and so
be you brilliant, moon gazer
yearning at your soul
of stings unseen
untangle
the web of my zodiac
disperse these moods
center me
enveloped in your midnight cold
yarn me moonbeams
of iridescence
ancients once told of
but I failed to show
and I lost my home
should I have known?

I don’t have any kids. Although I feel this was written to my younger self.
In fact this just may be a conversation between my own inner essence of the Maiden, Mother, and Crone.
