These Moments

At the moment
the dreaming songbirds hiccup
the first sunlight rises to wake me up
I stand amazed by the sun moon lake
Let the early breezes send unconscious air
nibble at my ignorant hair

With sunbeam beckoning
I wade into the bushy-green ocean
step on the over strewn fallen leaves
catch some of those flying foliage
build dreams with calling birds’ mirage

During the tranquil sphere
the spring woods come to be surreal
Soft wind gives gentle solace
Arbor trees offer pastel shades
Hazel logs pave wooden paths
Hidden birds sing in ravishing voices
Weeping willows put on jade green dresses

At the moment
I bask in the sifted sunlights
that shine through the supple twigs
flying my thoughts to the distance
thinking of your gracious stance
Let the swaying shadows
etch your words on the mossy pebbles

Under the dappled shades
I implant memories deep
by taking notes on foliage pages
for that I won’t forget or forsake
these moments, I
cast away worldly goods
indulge myself in the woods
