pink petals fade
Rosed sun flows a bold rising stain
when pale stark petals fall wane..
Within our finger's warmth, I lace
'long creases of kindred lifelines,
leaking as grooved thumb trace..
Indulging endless, the lasting love-
etched poignant glow upon his face.
"There is no "if" ..in graceless weak state..
Held firm-curled to his life anchor
wringing jaded orbs of hot rain.
Petite ivory heart-drops weep pain
blushed dullish pink as eternity stains.
Fear gives reign in gentle cascade~
runs free drip in crescent streaked sate
down finger's tip balming strength aid.
"There is no "if"..when thriving debates..
I'm losing in strawberry sours,
tune bleeds dry, muting slow blur.
Facile pour~ each ached petal pout
dark as a withering rainbow.
Tinges of pink stain unfurl,
drip fine watery, puddled graves
from a font of heart-juice ache
to his craved finger pad stage.
"There is no "if" ..when pink petals fade..
He hushes me in broken tones
hand on neck.bodies pulled close.
Mourning lips slow-kiss palest pain
sweet licks, love's tongue to wish lain
his soft sipped flicks mean ~everything~
"There is no "if" ..without love-veins..
..My slow sojourn now into sky
where lovely petals go to die.
'float, pink thin pieces, wilted wine
soaked tight, spillage'd heart shine,
deep greens end on him, every life time..
[i]No "if"/ ..only "when" /..in 'goodbye.'

Great poem here, but please note that any media you post with it, has to be your own creation--spoken word, video/audio, performing the actual poem you wrote. I love the Cure as well, but I had to take the video down, as it doesn't fit our posting criteria and would lean toward the "copyright issues" gray-area....
