Windshadow
I had to tell you no
Because what if I don't
And I am old and leave you alone
Clatter like jitter bug on home
Save me face, plastic and smiling
Why don't they give me shiny-penny suicide
And let me go inside my mind, my hole to hide?
I found you, I found myself
Disconnect and whish on wealth
Bounce on prey walking careless
A dying breed of fearless
A walking breathe of motions
Little ghost of wind
There you go again
Little bird of prey that flies
No need to dignify.
As you wonder through
As your eyes turn blue
I know your shadow
I'd recognize it, in evenings glow
So I'll leave you, but ill return
And plant this fern until its all green
Then we'll stay in our perfect dream.
Because what if I don't
And I am old and leave you alone
Clatter like jitter bug on home
Save me face, plastic and smiling
Why don't they give me shiny-penny suicide
And let me go inside my mind, my hole to hide?
I found you, I found myself
Disconnect and whish on wealth
Bounce on prey walking careless
A dying breed of fearless
A walking breathe of motions
Little ghost of wind
There you go again
Little bird of prey that flies
No need to dignify.
As you wonder through
As your eyes turn blue
I know your shadow
I'd recognize it, in evenings glow
So I'll leave you, but ill return
And plant this fern until its all green
Then we'll stay in our perfect dream.
