So reminds me of the ferns I see growing on a hill near where I live.

I love ferns. They are so lovely in their airiness  and they smell like summer incarnate. Glad they remind you of the place where you live.

This is a peaceful reminiscence of my days among the mighty redwoods in California. Where the forest floor is replete with beautiful ferns...their brown, coiled tendrils reaching for the filtered sunlight.
