Road-train's snake up and down
the highway, flickering lights hypnotize
Fatality markers serve grim reminder
as pungent aromas
waft from 'Wingfeild' landfill
Australia's life blood
the truck swiftly rolling
taillights fade away
turning, heading off
towards the docks
Over the bridge I head
I am in Semaphore
home of Soto's
arguably Adelaide's
BEST fish and chips
I shit you not reader
get them while they are HOT

Yes I want those Fish and Chips.best ones I ever had are in Liverpool .It has been 17 years and I still crave them.malt vinegar yum.Nothing like that in Chicago land.good job now I am hungry.loved loved the poem.
