Searching for a Angel's love i call upon
I'm searching...
Through my intimidated, blurry eyes
Scanning life's jagged edges,
Far corners wide.
My soul's crammed inside heavy eyelids,
Red now from stale tears that sting and weigh heavy.
I'm envisioning an Angels love pouring out at me,
Echoing softly millions of miles from above,
These cloudy veils on earth below,
With my pleading tears for love.
I'm always searching out for a Angel's love,
Through the sun and moon god,
Created from a mother and father God union above.
Angel, can you hear me make out your name vaguely? ...

Your wide majestic eyes open for me
Eyelids of sprinkled stardust
I always admired your strength,
courage,

My masked face
How can you blame me
For showing up to costumed parties
Hiding my disappointment and grief
over you with masked face?
I'm facing you in the opposite
side of the room, in the gloom,
Throwing upside down smiles at you
With opposing conversations
Directed your way
Wicked glares, snares, and
stares a devil would give
Blowing them up your way, tenfold
One false step too close to me,
I'll make an outrageous scene of anger
You'll never forget
You better not...
I'm your sudductress of hate now

Calling out for my angel of love man
Calling out for my angel of love man
Who is supposed to watch over me
Every single night
After sundown before sunrise
The one whose supposed to stay close to
My bedroom window at night
And guide my sleep with soft whispers
Of constantly repeating
I love you to me

Every night under starry skies

And slide them gracefully into
The stiff arches of my back

You saved me when no one would
When no one cared
Your smiles pored down on me
When everyone ignored me,
All your eyes followed me,
Invisible ones too
When no one shared with me,
You offered up your expensive love
When no one dared to be seen with me,
You were always on my side
When no one would say hello,
You greeted me enthusiastically
When no one saw who I was,
You saw the best in me
When everyone called me ugly
You found a pretty name to call me
When I fell and nobody picked me up,
You threw your things...

Neighborhood gangs beck and call
Neighborhood bars
Bolted on Windows
Leaving only enough room
For bats to escape
All the criminals in town want their own freedom
They want one night to prove to you
A wrongful chance
A showdown
You're a taking for their Rader's, club
All the criminals feed on your false moves
Shut down churches and vacant lots
They hover about the streets
A quick call to you
They are your big daddy and they adopted a gang crew
They want to run your neighborhood
With a shrug of guilt
To rob you no chance ...

Mad at this world for supplying your drink
I'm mad at this world...
For supplying this wretched juice
All bubbly and yellow,
deceptively innocent
The kind of bubbly that makes you deceive me
Makes you project all kinds of different
And strange new faces unto me
With negative emotions to unleash
Makes you consult some kind of evil grinch
Instead of me
Mad at this world again
For making me fear you everyday in everyway
Mad that they are supplying
A lesser consciousness for everything
You do to me everyday
Everything you carelessly say and...

with all the good looks
Lots of woman are available to drool
They grab at you constantly and miss

The preacher's church
He owns most of it
His big eyes there staring, them wide open, innocently lost
Wondering where a good man's gone...
Him doing God's work
With all these vacant pews
And vacant lots
In God's holy house
He stands there yelling again, a fool alone on a stage
Yelling about sin, all kinds that plague
Condemning us here, condemning us there
Especially pointing his finger out to the single ones
Stuck in the single life, you know the ones unmarried without children, under God
He's so quick to condemn, so quick to condemn
But...

You say you want to marry me
But it's on your terms only
Your the leader of the pack, the Simon, who commands
I am but a quiet rag doll to shut up and follow along
Like a puppet who gave up it's rights for a play
To not be suspended by a string
Now I am at your beck and call
You're the chief, the commander
Who runs the enterprise ship
I am but a child that succumbs to you
To keep you company, do things your way as you see fit
As long as i agree about your everything's
Follow you like a robot, repeating back what you say ...
But it's on your terms only

I waited all my life
To bloom
Picked too soon, unripe
Left to rot, wither in regret
For the love you took
You snatched too soon away from me

Left me with
Large thorns of pain
I can not hide
Or cover up

Suffer the arrogance
You inflicted
My rose petals
You trampled on
I'll never learn
How to forget
