Today is beautiful, sunny, and will be in the 60's! I am concerned about our democracy this morning. It's becoming blatantly apparent that there is a movement to tear down the wall between separation of church and state protected by the constitution. Hi there. If you can get hold of some fresh thyme (sold in most supermarkets in the fruit & veg section), make a little tea with fresh thyme, ginger, lemon juice and some honey. Thyme is a natural anti-septic and is especially good for sore throats. It was my saviour when I had covid.
