The Ball
There was a dream one night.
Beyond a fairytale far away.
I was at fancy,Victorian ball.
Dancing the night away.
I was in a blue gown.
As me and a figure sway.
In the very middle.
As people gossiped far away.
I had a big ,blue gown like Cinderella.
He had a fancy suit.
We locked eyes the whole time.
It was so sweet.
Like eating a tasty fruit.
He swayed and twirled me around.
As we kept locking eyes.
The music played.
Everyone,couples dancing before our eyes.

Ceilings
It's a rainy night.
We were in your house,drinking hot chocolate.
We enjoyed our time.
As time moved faster.
The ceilings,walls were covered in plaster.
And it feels too good to be true.
And when it's over,you drove me home.
And it kinda comes out as I got up to go.
You kissed me in your car.
And my heartbeat went far.
And it all felt like the end of a movie.
Of a movie I have seen before.
That I longed to be true.
That I wanted to live in.
A movie I wanted to last forever.
Where we will...

Once upon a time there was a flower.
Who wanted to have beauty and power.
She was surrounded by flowers.
Who lived in graceful,royal towers.
With blood red petals each.
She wanted to be like them.
And for true happiness to reach.
She was surrounded by red roses as a sunflower.
And she began to have their grace and power.
One day,she wanted to become her favorite flower - a red rose.

Hopeful Thoughts
A little can of hope keeps me going everyday.
I take a sip and all my problems go away.
It's filled with positive thoughts,no fears.
That goes down my throat and erases all my tears.
It's like a happy delight.
Not having troublesome thoughts at night.
Does this delight come from above?
The one thing that heals my heart.
Is it from another part of the world?
Or is that not the right word?
When I'm sad,I take a sip.
Of positive thoughts and desires.

Pandora's Box
They say Pandora's box is full of woe.
Ignoring her one big fall.
They say it can curse and kill.
No matter what you feel when you open it.
They say it contains dark magic.
Not something that could be described as tragic.
As the box slowly opens,you begin to see.

Go ahead,cry,little girl.
Nobody does it like you do.
When you feel the pain come through.
I knew how much it matters to you.
I'll hold your hand.
Hold you close and do my best to defend.
Cry,the tears that come out like a faucet.
I know what you went through.

I think each rose is unique.

I still remember the good old days.
When music plays and wind sways.
We would be happy in so many ways.
