Poetry Contest Description
Write about your favorite sugary treat.
If you have a severe weakness bordering on sugar suicide, a complete and utterly uncontrollable addiction to a sinfully sweet confection, I want to know about it.
*My own downfall is Mrs. Freshley's Raspberry Dreamies and Welch's Grape Soda. It matters not that the sugar and dye annihilate my intestines, I periodically devour them anyway and I'm on cloud 9 for the approximate six minutes it takes for the cramps to set in.

Some delights
are so
heavenly-delicious,
you'll
fight to the end
to taste them,
to savor
their jolts
deeply,
feel her
sensual-core.
I would not miss
sugary-honey
copiously dripped
on folded bliss,
the food of
gods and goddesses.
The kisses of
such pleasure
flame the
internal passions
of my sweet tooth.
No lies,
there's
only
truth
found in my
favorite dessert.

You are my creamy cake
Filled with custard
Soaked in rum
With a whipped topping
I desire you with whipping cream
I desire you so much
You will be my tiramisu
Which I will have for lunch
The coffee liqueur is here
So is the mascarpone cheese
A dusting of cocoa powder
Makes the final touch
Please lover stay where you are
I have not finished my just desserts

covered from my head to toes
dripping goodness, lick some
ease down, munching me south
savor the taste, nibble slow

I inhale the promise of cocoa
dreams, eyes half-lidded
as my lips close around
satin smoothness.
My insides melt... this
is naughty nougat heat.
Brittle, soft shivers follow
rice crisp racing pulses...
Caramel kisses are mine, but
I want more. I seek the curve
of almond crunches, willingly
succumbing to chocolate
wickedness...

Some like the big ones
But I like the iddy biddy ones that warm in your mouth
They can be sucked, suckled, bitten and molded
They're lovely and luscious with chocolate on top

Tickled by fire
They glow and caramelize
Sticky with the heat
Begging to be eaten
I happily oblige
Glowing embers dare me to indulge my deepest wants
Willing partners for my pleasure surround me
Graham declares I'm hardened honey, with Cinnamon on top to boot
Dark, dark chocolate of myth and legend, hard as well
She brings the combustion
Warmed by the crackles and snaps of the flame and ash
Placed in the middle
The hard chocolate liquifies first
Graham and cinnamon, one on top and one at the bottom
Squeeze it together
I take it all in my mouth
Mellifluous tastes penetrate and permeate my nostrils,
Saturate my quavering tongue
I actually go deaf for a moment, until I hear
"Baby, you want S'more?"

My boyfriend says I'm evilly delicious but I think he's just flattering me sometimes! *Giggle* Anwyway, myself I'm not really all that much for favorite sweets per se. So I doubt I'll have anything to really add to this contest except to say I love all the entries so far, good stuff! Keep 'em coming everyone.
