Tale of Sand, Soda and Lime
It stretches back four thousand years
unearthed glass beads how old are these?
braclets necklaces never date
eons, lie unadorning
not grace the slimmest wrist
accentuate across the clevage
waiting, fallen, lost
prizes from the past
a provenance, aclaimed by learned minds
that shines
archaeologist, rethread their history
small orbs, that hold a lineage so vast
Mesopotanian artisans
sand, soda and lime, into the fire were cast

The Sermon of Mr. Brimstone Pt. 11 (The Grim Mirror)
"Is earth the grim mirror of heaven?
A mindfucked punishment of an everyday lesson,
"When the powerful are served by the weak
Denied true understanding and a peaceful sleep,
"If it is, then fuck the given absolute choice
Suck out my ass until it's grimy and moist,
"Call it the 'brown horror', filling your mouth with torment
A shitty situation and a taste you will never forget,
"Regardless, we still soul save for eternal damnation
A nirvana in hell-call it a permanent vacation,
"While deep in our ass neutral life continue to stomp
As our confused essence slowly sinks into realities swamp,
"Dark merciless perfections pollutes our true will
And when eyes turn solid black then we have accepted the deal,
"What is the prize? Glorious afterlife or agonizing death?
But the outcome is not known until our last breath,
"Like utilized methods employed by organized religion
That reshapes the minds to except divine vision,
"But many are still blind, with eyes wide open
Now on a spiritual dick they are gagging and chocking,
"Don't look up, remain on your knees and do your job
Realizing the situation is cumming from a jealous God,
"Like the religious say they just want the overflow
Either fast or slow, now who is the Sunday morning ho
"Many have their own version of natural might
Some its strong-armed robbery or getting ass fucked all night,
"In the end the unfortunate event transforms to shit
As they bow-down to the conqueror and totally submit,
"Is our grim mirror a mortal decoy?
With a rage that gives us the will to destroy,
"Only requiring our souls to provide never-ending fuel
Or is the grim mirror a reflection of a fool?

My glass is empty
My glass is empty
I drowned my hatred in alcohol
I forgot everything
I don’t think about anything anymore
I don’t want to think anymore
I want to get lost in a dream
Be away from you
I drowned my hatred in alcohol
I forgot everything
I don’t think about anything anymore
I don’t want to think anymore
I want to get lost in a dream
Be away from you

The Mirror shows
a torn sky
beyond it, story tellers
with lies and deception,
they whisper poetry
that I still love you too much
to write.
You carry the weight
of half glances
measured through a pair
of old readers.
It will mention us one day
from someone else's wall
but they'll be too young
too care.
I wonder now how much more
will pass into its glass
before all the cracks
come at once.

Blurry Vision
Double sided
This mirror through which I peer
When my reflection is my lens
I see it all so clearly skewed through the prism of a tear
This world in the vibrancy of shadows
What is and what’s to come
Forward minded loss of moments
Like sand slipping as the hour glass comes undone
Timeline vapors disperse and dissipate
As eternity is dimly perceived
We see as through a stain glass window
The glory of forever against the moment grieved
Paradox of this existence
Reality in collision with the truth
Subjective perceptions
From age to age, the loss of innocence and youth
Ripe unto corruption
Refractions of divide
Looking through these in-corrective lenses
In a realm of unending questions and an acquired taste for lies
Contorted frames of reference
Enculturation of compromise
Only seeing what we choose to
As shards protrude ever further into our eyes…

Waking Up From a Dream
I have seen them so many times
Those glass doors with a slight yellow and blue light around the edges
The portals from this place and into other universes
To realms beyond possibilities and imagination
I and many others were agents checking them in
Visitors coming and going from this world and on to many others
To distant locations across time and dimensions
Travelers from different worlds
And I sat there in wonder
Keeping to my work, at my desk conducting interviews
Yet I, not paying too much attention to their answers but watching the doors
Watching the digital codes above the frames constantly change
Then the man in charge called my name
It seemed that a certain a code and location had been assigned to me
For I was tasked to travel and step through one of the glass doors
Finally, my chance to visit a parallel world
Without hesitation I stood right in front
The glass felt like dry water or a silk curtain with energy
A small one-foot glass bridge connected to another portal door
And the darkness of space was all around me
I could see figures on the other side
Something familiar, something old, something new
And just as my head and shoulders went through
Feeling that glass, that dry water and silky energy
I found myself…

Pieces of Blood
The life around me, like glass
Yearning for sharpness or transparency
They are far from prisms
From their light, all I see is anguish,
Blood; let there be.
Bashing every piece
Their remains, mark my sides
Blood; purer reflection in pieces.
Yearning for sharpness or transparency
They are far from prisms
From their light, all I see is anguish,
Blood; let there be.
Bashing every piece
Their remains, mark my sides
Blood; purer reflection in pieces.

Bed of Glass
To rest upon
A bed of glass
I’d scarcely lay my cheek
While blades of shard and thorn
Razor sharp and caustic
Precise in their motive
Tear my flesh
And twist my bone
Entangled
With a restless spirit
Wandering
Craving
Begging
To possess
That which evades me
A bed of glass
I’d scarcely lay my cheek
While blades of shard and thorn
Razor sharp and caustic
Precise in their motive
Tear my flesh
And twist my bone
Entangled
With a restless spirit
Wandering
Craving
Begging
To possess
That which evades me
