Glitches
there are glitches in time
when a flower in bloom
gets picked for the vase
adorn a table briefly and die
for you, an angel stood awhile
at your door
watched you, perhaps he smiled
and for a while
he remembered sunshine
laughter and love
he saw your pain
picked you up
and flew to Glory.
