WHY I WORSHIP YOU
To me worship includes
adoration, honor, reverence,
awe, valuing, above all else,
declaration of worth and
love beyond the highest meaning.
Why do I worship YOU?
It's not because of your beauty
because you are breathtaking.
It's not because of your intellect
and membership in Mensa.
Why do I worship YOU?
It's not because of your passion
that is off the scale.
It's not because of your sense
of humor which is amazing.
Why do I worship YOU?
It's not because of your wealth
which is in seven figures.
Why do I...
adoration, honor, reverence,
awe, valuing, above all else,
declaration of worth and
love beyond the highest meaning.
Why do I worship YOU?

A Want of Nails
What truth then prevails...
a carpenter with a want of nails
to secure his very own cross

astral
the man that doesn't exist
she's searched for him
through the centuries
trekking through the debris
caught up
in her cerebral cortex
he calls to silence
to the place she lingers
awaiting the dusk
to brush her eyelids
soft as Angel whispers
he grips the stars
bringing her closer to the sky
is she still breathing
she is something else
matter, of a different kind
does she end where he begins
he never stops pulling her
through layers of magnificence
in awe of the unknown
his eyes...

Poetry Is My Therapist
I tell you all my secrets
For you, I do not hide
Trusting in the process
Remaking my life
Never knowing what
The next stanza will bring
If I’ll be poetically crying
Or if I will sweetly sing
This write, it is a journey
Through past lives and woes
Trauma that dredges up
Memories morose
Then there are all those times
When I have really pushed through
And rid myself of bad habits
Seeing now with a clearer view
This pulse of life, I ride out
Wonder where it’ll take me next...
For you, I do not hide

It’s okay to {not} call it God
This mystery
without beginning or end or dimension
which surpasses our time-bound, embodied understanding –
Explain it however you must:
with the logic of your mind
or the intuition of your heart –
as long as you never presume
certainty.
Embrace the miracles –
sunlight to sugar,
water to wine
Stardust or holy breath –
whatever helps you grasp
the wonder of creativity
Whether it’s that
big bang of the spirit in a virgin’s womb
or an atomic dance from the...

2024 November Poems >> i fathom not why He should choose the least

i fathom not why He should choose the least
an awe-inspired confessional
Remembering Eerie
“It is not death that a man should fear,
but he should fear never beginning to live.”―Marcus Aurelius
i wonder if it's almost time to die,
because my bloom is as the century palm
whose shoot with fragrance paints the evening sky
of spikenard, for its withering of calm.
am i the thornbird with his sweetest song, ...
i fathom not why He should choose the least
an awe-inspired confessional

Does God Send People to Eternal Fire
Do you assert
there is a god above
who rules mankind
with grace, benevolence
and yet is by his nature bent,
intent,
to send
upon their death
and out of pique,
all those who have
in enmity
rejected him
into a realm of infinite
and endless pain,
a horrid punishment,
that lasts implacably
for all eternity?
.
And if you do,
then is the claim
that Jesus (and Paul, too) have made
that God is one who loves
not just his friends
but also all his enemies
a lie?

It’s Okay
We all die and it’s okay
It’s okay it’s okay
To be afraid..to be afraid
But we all die and it’s okay
We can’t get away
From our own destiny
Maybe there’s some tall grass
In the garden of Eden
When we die
We’ll live for eternity
Not much of a Bible man
But I’m starting to believe
It can’t be for nothing
Why we’re still standing
Maybe there is some tall green grass
In the garden of Eden
Maybe there is some tall green grass
Leading us to heaven
When we die ...
It’s okay it’s okay

I held roses
for the dying heart
a bruise emblem sleeve to footwear
O Wizened Entity, placed in greatness long may those eyes protect,
bless and save thee.
Gatekeepers watch, awaiting those that book passage
into hidden garden grove
thy wooden wise one we place our faith to Your protection
hearth of spirit, looking glass divine
we Your children, dress Your spritely visage
emblazoned emblem, totem to All Faith
She The Goddess praised within place ...

BAPTISM IN THE SPIRIT
Baptism in the spirit
you can't from kin inherit.
It can only be given
by the Father in Heaven,
who sees you have repented,
your life to him presented.
Nothing else can be your plea
than his Son shed blood for thee.
you can't from kin inherit.
It can only be given
by the Father in Heaven,
who sees you have repented,
your life to him presented.
Nothing else can be your plea
than his Son shed blood for thee.

I don’t believe Stars sleep or even want to sleep
due to SUDDENLY being thrusted into this new
wonderment of light!
Yes, scientifically, sooner or later, much like our
earth’s sun, all stars get to forever rest.
Hooooooooooooowever,
Spiritually speaking, if new Angels can be born
why not a new star from an ended life on earth?
I wouldn’t want to be wasting my time
(there is NO TIME in the afterlife)
ceding into slumber. I’d become the adventurer
of my neo ethereal existence!
Might ever...
