I have taken on the police, via professional standards, for false accusations and won.
And I have taken the NHS on for false accusations .

Headed to the forbidden city
Where dreams soar like dragons
On wings of saffron visions
Born of conch echoes
Whose echo sings of ancient sutras
Flying on prayer wheels in the sky
As our hearts meet on a golden hearth
Where snowy leopards
Lay down with yaks
In peaceful pastures
My wife was still very much alive
and we were taking the train ...

Many people enjoy its texture
But few take time to consider
Its long-awaited journey to
Its current form of existence
The shifting of plates
The molten of magma
The breaking of wind
And water upon rock
The way it falls between your finger tips
The way it clings to your bikini bottoms
The way it fills your fondest memories
Yet so many take this granite for granted
They don't see that this once mighty mountain
Stood tall...

Alpine Lovers
My wife touched me with her soft shower of love so gentle that I found my way out of my labyrinth of solitude and into a blossoming more springlike than imaginable for my hermitage of the heart. Like monks in a Buddhist monastery, we follow the snowmelt in golden silence. Like moonwalkers, we use sunglasses in the white glare. But unlike their boot prints which last billions of years ours in the snow last a lazy summer’s afternoon.

WIND MOUNTAIN MORNING ('A CHEWENA SONG of ASSIMILATION') 7-4-2000, on Wind Mountain, near Tres Piedras, New Mexico
sunrise reveals
pink bands of clouds
stretching out above
wind mountain
out over this vast
glorious horizon
a continuous flow
of far off
mountain lines
that rise and fall
in distant shadows
of blue gray slopes
silent song
of earths great circle
surrounds me here
awakening
all across
throughout
this vibrant sea
of boundless land
in gently rolling hills
and plains
of cactus...

Visions: Into Light
To see is to hear, once heard it speaks;
a flight of fancy to find the meek
ones who hide from eyes that search
may all our foes we besmirch.
Into light we glide upon
wings unfurled; our will is strong
as the tree men rooted by dirt;
as the brethren found on earth.
Magic now, as it would seem
only hears of which we dream;
visions come to grace our eyes
as we look to ancient skies
Everywhere and spread upon
all we seek to emerge before long
To see is to know and learn so well;

When the earth thawed, Mammoths found their personal Manhattan in the Pacific Northwest but with their own trumpet instead of car horns. Mammoths were among the original vegans and the island was like getting to raid the 24-hour salad bar on a cruise ship. They were luckier than pigeons in Yankee Stadium with walnuts as leftovers instead of popcorn.
The hairy behemoths became grandparent figures for the humans. Thereby the sacred purpose of the lumbering beasts no longer required sacrifice.
Two boys back in the great north rode the mighty...
