The first councilor laughed at Clive's stone. He was a fake; a natural Clive stone could have stopped all the executions with its mind. This... "Enjoy the small victory. I will kill you. You can't hide from me; know that right now. Nothing you can do will stop me. Know that I, at this moment, declare war on the IP. I will take a hundred of the IPs for each one you kill. Enjoy when I find you; you will die as slowly as I can kill you, as you deserve."

Sam looked at the vast collection of IP troops he already had tied up. This was nothing compared to how many he had seen on the planet when he was in space. He also had a massive pile of weapons stacked neatly near the troops.
Waiting, he knew that more would appear soon. These guys were nothing if not predictable. A moment later, he heard frantic calls to the missing troops. Smirking, Sam thought, they will not be reporting in all that soon. He also knew that they would be sending a more severe number of troops soon. Then...

Sam was still smirking when a massive multitude of beings came into view. He first noticed an almost overwhelming feeling of fear, pain, and anger. What in the hell had those IP creeps done to these beings to elicit such emotions?
