A Friend In Need
In the middle of the city a guy thought it would be a great idea to go and visit a friend
So he went to see him in his office where he was counselling his patients as a psychologist
Now the man was happy to see him and they had some friendly chatter in the office
However when the guy who was visiting wanted to leave
The suggestion was made by the friend to visit his place
While there he changed and picked up bits and pieces of this, that and the other
Later that afternoon they were off to a place in town where they met a group of male friends

coming home is not the same as homecoming
you taught me to drink vodka straight from the bottle
that way, there was no excuse, no respite, you said
just a lingering immediacy, a heightened awareness
of the passage of time, elevated by the pain
coursing through the oesophagus, the gut:
sublime, epoch-defining: like the first fall of childhood,
the first time you are left behind after school
or when the whole class laughs at you;
or the first heartbreak
pain is but a soul strengthening recipe, you said
with plaintive eyes on the last day of summer...
that way, there was no excuse, no respite, you said
just a lingering immediacy, a heightened awareness
of the passage of time, elevated by the pain
coursing through the oesophagus, the gut:

Kissing The Stars While Softly Embracing The Moon
I have been loving this awakening moment in time
It has taken me so many years to be in heart, mind, body and giving thanks to my soul
To not allow the small occurrence in life to rock my morale
It is best to live in the moment
I listen daily to so many troubled intellects and they scream for peace, serenity of their heart
Endorphins and Adrenaline is the body’s best friend
Such a natural high when both are merged is to calm or a flight in your weakened defense
If everyone would only tap into the resources of its on psychic
It is beautiful...

And so they asked' bruh
What is love?
And then I said... thus...
Love is an unexplainable trago-chemical curse thrust
into your heart leading to a kinda shock
That neither ABC nor CPR can resolve
But instead of dying... you hearts keeps fighting
And instead of crying... your eyes keeps igniting
with lights that's almost blinding
See, what I'm implying....
Is though love strucks like lightening, it still feels exciting
Pretence, judge, privacy, remorse
Nah, love is far from stuff like such
Love is the brother of loyalty...
What is love?

If you accept it once,
it's green lighting that behaviour.
They can say sorry,
offer the sincerest of apologies,
But the fact will remain,
forever ingrained,
that at one point YOU ok'd it.
And that "single mistake" can become commonplace.
It's mental,
How quickly you'll then tolerate their stupidness or bullshit
just because you didn't see through it
the first time.
This isn't love, it's a hostage situation.
And if they are a terrorist,
there should be no negotiation
