His eyes skitter across the room
Like scuttling beetles
Searching for a crack to seep in to
Our questions turn to paupers bowls
uplifted and hungry
And again the veil rises
Sunshine and butterflies
All thoughts of hunger forgotten
What right do we have
He asks
And again we look to our almost empty hat
Counting pennies
Add them up, your better at math
How many rights does that make?
We paid a bill, is that a smile?
The dishes are done, does that unbend our backs?
Or is it always this...

Seasons Gretings
Now and then I feel the need to piss on everyone's cheerios
it is a function, nay natural response to current bullshit
I could turn to the circus of "Donald and the Giant Impeachment"
way to easy a target, I will leave that to late-night talk show hosts
that allegedly used to be comedians and CNN who always were
the Donald needs no help from me, the lunacy and pure hatred
of the new left will fuck things up so bad assuring his second term
I could, of course, go on about Brexit, ignoring the will of the people
purely because they gave an answer...

The Charge of the Lite Brigade
The title means what it says
The spelling mistake is not one
Not a typo, a deliberate concept
Lite defines as a lesser event
Or weaker ingredients
Some things are so lite
They are impossible to see
With the naked eye
Side issue: What is a naked eye
Answers on a postcard
There are many contentious issues in life
Some minor and some that have a severe impact

There are those
And such as those
That have the arrogance
To be poetry elites
Or the poetry nazis
They claim to be Poets
They claim to be "Good poets"
A cut above the rest
A cut above their minions
People doth their caps
In deference and worship

SEGMENTS OF WHAT IS REAL LIFE
Here I sit as I watch the sunrise come over the world but yet I sit here in amazement of the silent beauty of the world as the world slowly begins to awaken to a new dawn and day, but it is here within this quiet moment of time were there is only space filled with a deepness of inner peace that slowly drifts into the very chambers of my thoughts that I begin to see clearly through the fog that seems to hover over the world that can be cut with a knife.

Neighborhood gangs beck and call
Neighborhood bars
Bolted on Windows
Leaving only enough room
For bats to escape
All the criminals in town want their own freedom
They want one night to prove to you
A wrongful chance
A showdown
You're a taking for their Rader's, club
All the criminals feed on your false moves
Shut down churches and vacant lots
They hover about the streets
A quick call to you
They are your big daddy and they adopted a gang crew
They want to run your neighborhood
With a shrug of guilt
To rob you no chance ...

At this point I was only laughing to myself in my head because the look on her face was shocked startled and also a little bit of embarrassed. I hadn’t even done anything to her the only thing I Had done was sit next to her and watch her work. Where she started I will say was the worst place she didn’t sketch it out first she just went straight in with the harsh black which is not the best place to start because you can’t fix it once it’s on. Unintentional confrontation of a bully #1
So this happened to me a couple years ago and every time I think about this situation I can’t help but smile. I want to tell someone about it, but I haven’t, I’m afraid that they wont understand or feel as empowered as I did and still do.
