Feeling anxious?
Find Help
Hope's fires
The fires burn on the Santa Ana
It was inevitable in the night
Like a stranger in a bandanna
Bringing nature to the fight
There is no justice in the wind
Broken glass and bloody peril
Plans can break and will can bend
Chaos singing out natures carol
Uncertainty brightly riding the wind
Can you feel the future coming down
It was inevitable in the night
Like a stranger in a bandanna
Bringing nature to the fight
There is no justice in the wind
Broken glass and bloody peril
Plans can break and will can bend
Chaos singing out natures carol
Uncertainty brightly riding the wind
Can you feel the future coming down

The Pictures of Self ...
What do you call the picture of self
My mind played my heart like a violin,
Time ticked by like an old clock’s hymn.
Standing at the edge of reason’s wall,
Where shadows rise and echoes call.
Questions dwell in unspent wells,
Is truth alive, or just the tales we tell?
As our age shapes grows and bends the arc of our frame,
We sketch and outline our self, yet never the same, at times defined while other abstracts
The picture of self oftentimes distracts.
What do you see when you gaze inside your mind, what holds the entirety of...

Unyielding
What i've woven hardly matters.
With my tapestry in tatters.
Lay in place adorned with shadow.
Await that sunlit meadow.
But the harvest cannot grow,
without one to make it sow.

This Path of Uncertainty
I know this path…
This is a path I’ve walked before…
It’s a dark one with an indeterminate end.
Me, myself and I think there are some things that are just kept better quiet.
I don’t want to be quiet anymore.
I want to leave this arctic realm of realism, lower my foot into the warm bath water
of surrealism, and be home!
Here in reality, I am no one.
There in surrealism, I am someone.
I’ll raise my hand to the glass
and the figure in the reflection follows.
Then we join palms,
then a ripple in the glass.
All I...

Germs...Friend or Foe?
1 - Past Practice - We would ALL go outside and play in the dirt, roll around, make mud pies and eat them for fun. GET DIRTY, what doesn't kill ya is good for you, Go home take a bath or shower. sometimes no wash up at all...good germs, bad germs they're all around.
Friend or Foe I just don't know?
"Do The Right Thing"
2 - Recent Practice - Wash, Wash, Wash, wash away the germs with Germicide Scrub, Scrub, Scrub...scrub them all away. OH NO!!! Hold on a minute you might be using too much Germicide and you could be hurting your own natural ability to...

Intimacy Blockade
Intimacy Blockade
Where to begin
When
The mascarade
Ends,
What's the use
Of pretending?
It gives
The appearance
Of everything's
Sending
That message
Of perfection all day.
When the lights
Come on
And the bar
Shuts down
And the ring
On the finger spins round,
What was the point
Of starting
This
Fling
When the darkness
Was all on the ground?
Where to begin
When
The mascarade
Ends,
What's the use
Of pretending?
It gives
The appearance
Of everything's
Sending
That message

I Escaped, But Only Just - Part 13: Obstacles
It’s difficult to imagine that a few spoken sentences could have such a catastrophic effect in the long run - but that’s exactly what happened. For a while, the Jewish Youth club opened up new social opportunities. Discos. Which I enjoyed. But a group of kids came each Sunday and Thursday who had lots of money and behaved in a spoilt manner, judging others less fortunate.
My family wasn't neccessarily poor. However, we weren't affluent enough to be part of that group who flew abroad regularly in the latest designer clothes. In many ways, this didn’t bother me then. I saw enough...

Blindness
People, young man, are stupid.
You won’t realise how stupid they are
until you understand
that you’re just as stupid as them.
You scrabble in the dark as much
when it comes to the meanings of things
as he who blamed a temple God
for his wife’s miscarriage,
and she who thinks she won’t be gay
if she’d just pray that sin away.
Or him who felt that science said
that other races must lay dead,
or anyone from dunce to polymath.
We all just wriggle in the dark
like worms fearing the child’s wrath
when its...

It's been.
Its been 3 days
I have not been stalked by my brain
And I count the hours.

Time
Time is endless
The ticking sound is so faint
I can barely hear it
I'm young and naive
Surrounded by family and friends
I'm having fun
And enjoying life
Taking for granted the little things
Actually everything
Time passes by so slowly
Time is still in the distance
But I'm distracted
I'm married with my own family now
Working hard to provide
Enjoying the finer things in life
Fun activities and vacations
Even though time is moving faster
The ticking...
