BAPTISM IN THE SPIRIT
Baptism in the spirit
you can't from kin inherit.
It can only be given
by the Father in Heaven,
who sees you have repented,
your life to him presented.
Nothing else can be the plea
than his son shed blood for thee.
you can't from kin inherit.
It can only be given
by the Father in Heaven,
who sees you have repented,
your life to him presented.
Nothing else can be the plea
than his son shed blood for thee.

bE ThAt aS iT mAY
Craved by death and the grave but not today
Hooray although scathed I played and got away
Time flies good bye bye
Hurry up and seize the day today
BE THAT AS IT MAY they say
Come on let come what may my way
So little time remains yet
There's so much still left to say
Mayday Mayday
Mqybe everything will be okay someday
Displaced today from this dretched dismay
How everything was kept then swept away
Disgraced this way in a rant I rave
Cliches fillet in this escapade
Like the birds of...

SILLY BILLIE YOU'RE SO SILLY
This is the story of Silly Billie
A little boy who was so silly
He lost his friend whose name was Willie
Because he stold candy from his sister Millie.
He didn’t stop there – that Silly Billie
Feeling alone without his friend whose name was Willie
He made a new friend who was just as silly!
Loud and rambunctious and all up-hilly
The librarian, whose name was Chantilly,
Did not like noise nor anyone O so silly!
Influenced by Willie, Silly Billie was given a “Silly Willie”
When he cried out
And the librarian threw him out!

The Almighty
Because of sin
The death
Has gained ground
in human life
The earth
has become cursed
The wickedness
spread
The payment
of sin
is
death
Only
the sacrifice
can be
wiped out
The son of god took human flesh
came to the earth and died on the cross instead of me.
He died and resurrected the third day
He is the glorious king forever.

Seeks not life, and finds itself
Dead amongst the dead.

A Warning To The Lost
Turn! Turn!
Turn from your wicked ways!
For I tell you, look up!
The time is near for the Lord's return.
Do not bury your head in the sand.
For if one does this,
I tell you, their body shall soon
join their head;
and their soul shall be tortured
by the fiery flames of hell
forever; never ceasing.
Turn!
But you say, "When the time arrives, then I will turn."
No! That time is now!
For death is lurking;
awaiting your last breath.
Death tells you, "Don't worry, you still have time to turn. ...

The Call Of The Father
The Father calls out, "My dear child, come to Me!
Let not death and destruction
seperate us.
Cry out to Me, and I will receive you back.
I have never left you nor forsaken you."
The call of the Father never ceases.
Let not death and destruction
seperate us.
Cry out to Me, and I will receive you back.
I have never left you nor forsaken you."
The call of the Father never ceases.

Garment Watchers
Sister G was an elderly Christian woman. She invited a man named Malcolm to a church in Old Harbour. Malcolm was not a churchgoer, but he decided to pay a visit to the church. On the second Sunday in February, he went to the church, and he wore the only suit and the only necktie that he had. Nobody said anything to him about his outfit on the first day.
The following Sunday, Malcolm wore the same suit and the same necktie to church, and nobody said anything to him about his clothes on that day either. He started to get a good feeling about the members of the...

American Churches
A pastor Jim Schulz resides there.
The one we pass along the road
whose lettered sign deplores
excuse for sin, and extols grace.
My bland and musty Anglia faith
askance observes this Pentecostal wrath,
the churches like warehouses of the soul,
the Wal-Mart for your Christ-shaped whole.
We see five churches on one block,
some pillared and tall, and some very small,
and one a single office stuck between
a van rental and nail bar, it seems.
Religion’s as common as commerce out here,
competing with...

AQUATIC CREATURE
Diving deeper into the sea
Aquatic creature free you be
No hair…No fur…size of a pea
Silver and gold swim passed me
Transparent lesson ye teach me
My eyes now opened to clearly see
The classic beauty of simplicity
Has no need for complexity.
Your loud silence’s deafening pitch
Bothers not anyone - a single inch
Forever hydrated n your tank-water niche
Aquatic creature, you’re no snitch
Muted thoughts – your lesson’s rich:
Minding your own,
You swim alone
Back and forth – to and fro
Therapeutic tranquil...
