When Things Go Sour With Nuclear Power

Nuclear power's the dumbest thing
That's ever been invented.
It's been debunked, we know it's junk,
And ought not implement it.

When things go sour with nuclear power
We'll all be up shit creek.
When things go sour the doomsday hour
Might even be next week.

Nuclear terror, human error,
It's just not right to risk it.
There's been debate, it's second rate,
The time is right to ditch it.

When the mushroom clouds are flowering
And the radiation's showering,
We'll all be getting cancers,
There'll be no second chances,
The planet can't rehearse it,
'Cause once you've powered a mushroom cloud,
You clearly can't reverse it.

Nuclear power's the dumbest thing
That we could ever do,
And it's a fact that nuclear power
Means nuclear weapons too.

More yellow cake will only make
The situation worse,
When things go sour with nuclear power
The world will need a hearse.

Some people say there're pros and cons,
There are no pros to dirty bombs.
Don't make me say I told you so,
The only thing we need to know,
Is things don't always go to plan,
So don't believe the nuclear man.
One slip or lapse, and then perhaps,
There'll be apocalypse.  

Nuclear power won't clean the air,
The time has come to can it.
It isn't needed anywhere,
The time is right to ban it,
I wish we'd just outlaw it,
'Cause only fools are for it.

Nuclear power is just plain stupid,
The science says don't do it,
'Cause once you've powered a mushroom cloud,
You clearly can't undo it,
And you'll really come to rue it.
