Yes, so the point is the narcissist is only concerned about himself not his senior-citizen, pet who can barely walk.
He tells his pet, “ you know I have a bad leg, like wtf-“
Like as if the pet understands that.

no the narcissist is commanding his pet to get up who can barely walk, and actually believe the pet knows He has a bad leg,,, it is still funny though.
