The Extinction...A New Beginning
Fires are blazing
Village in ruins
Razing the land
To build something new
Pollute the airwaves
Till nothing can breathe
Take all our garbage
And fill up the seas
Earth will be clean
Once were gone
The way we're going
It won't be long
Final turn
Has come to pass
The human race extinct at last
Time is escaping
The end overdue
Already too late
For fixing the wounds
Our unending rampage
Of earth absolute
Just human nature
To consume and pollute
Be a part of the construction
Endless lines of mass production
Pave the way for the end
Fault lines under massive structure
Weakened ground begins to rupture
Begin the urban renewal
Village in ruins
Razing the land
To build something new
Pollute the airwaves
Till nothing can breathe
Take all our garbage
And fill up the seas
Earth will be clean
Once were gone
The way we're going
It won't be long
Final turn
Has come to pass
The human race extinct at last
Time is escaping
The end overdue
Already too late
For fixing the wounds
Our unending rampage
Of earth absolute
Just human nature
To consume and pollute
Be a part of the construction
Endless lines of mass production
Pave the way for the end
Fault lines under massive structure
Weakened ground begins to rupture
Begin the urban renewal

Wow, excellent! This style you wrote this in reminds me of a poem I wrote, The Erosion of Time.
This was fantastic.

this is really great dearest Keith I hate waste I am of the mindset to reuse or repurpose everything because it is a precious resource of the earth I also don't like to diturb things as I'm going because it all has energy...I was watching a logging show last night and they were taking down old cedar trees it disturbed me and made me sad if I believed that the object made by the tree was honored then I wouldn't feel so bad...

Thank you Brenda. It is quite unfortunate how we as humans have no regard for the earth's resources. Our world has many many issues we need to fix before we need to live on Mars!
I appreciate you...Always! xoxox

Good thing you stand up most of the time. If you sat too much, I would of been dead on arrival.
