Plague
unable
devolves from
unwilling,
inverted alchemy
sloth to atrophy
then paralysis.
all landslides begin
with but a sprinkling of pebbles,
entropy is contagious
empty in heart
and thus in deed.
Behold! a plague of locusts
and cowards!
devolves from
unwilling,
inverted alchemy
sloth to atrophy
then paralysis.
all landslides begin
with but a sprinkling of pebbles,
entropy is contagious
empty in heart
and thus in deed.
Behold! a plague of locusts

There is a sinister fog that hangs over us-
-on the days the wind blows northerly.
A miasma of horrific mass and volume-
-drifts through our town like a phantom.
From over the tracks, there are stacks-
-that curdle the air like warm milk.
We breathe in the toxins and we wonder,
why is our town so chronically ill?
There is a pestilence that's cursed us-
-from a jungle of steel pipe-
-and riveted witches' cauldrons.

Pest ...the rats nest and the dogs rest you,
the take
with your boots worn ledgered and tight.
Ankle sawn, ripped down to the bud
of a hare's view, of hounds in their night mare.
Hungers drugged in pot'skin boiling soothing stew...
We clear the woods...the fields are nought haugh
the draining ditches are clean and free
out from the noon and peacocks 'sun
(in from the cunt of the moon, a whole white calf
.. half life/death, a quarter of nail light
in hungover views)
the frail spring sun has pale...

The Yellow Penguin-Self-Actualization!
Not content with producing
Masses of a myriad of books
Or transmogrifying into biscuits
For the chocolate covered looks
One penguin has now gone punk
Scientists suggest a pigmentation quirk
But ive realised the truth
It found a tanning dye, and wondered if it would work
It had been washed up with plastic flotsam and stuff
Along with a floating marshmallow
The penguin thought, "nows my chance"
"Off turning myself a funky yellow"
The penguin now, has found their true you
"I think yellow, therefore i am, up yours Pingu"

The End of the World (translation of 'Der Weltuntergang' by Franz Hohler)
(translation from German, Veronika Bond)
The end of the world,
ladies and gentlemen,
given what we know today,
will go something like this:
In the beginning, on a fairly small island in the South Pacific,
a beetle will vanish,
an unpleasant one, and
everyone will say,
That beetle’s gone, at last, thank God
the horrible itch it used to cause,
and it was always full of grot.
A little later, the inhabitants of this island will notice
that early in the morning
when the birds are singing
one voice is...

I Grieve
And so i'm now sixty-four
What did i achieve
I look back in time
And learnt how to grieve
I grieve for the living
I grieve for the dead
I grieve for the loss of love
And grieve for things unsaid
I grieve for the loss of humanity
And the brutality of this race
I grieve for the insanity
And the loss of a loving embrace
I grieve for all the abused children
And their mothers who have died in vain
And the multitude of starving millions
And for those that feel this pain
I grieve for the state of...

Little Sick Girl Lessons 1
When I was little I ended up in the hospital
I don't know why I was there but I was
Odd to thing about it looking back from this point
My little body stranded in that big of a bed
I remember holding on to my stuffed bunny
Wishing that someone would come be there
I remember crawling out of that giant bed
The ivy line trailing behind me as I pushed the iv stand
My rabbit held by her ears by my small hand
I walked up to the nurses station that I could barely see over
And I asked if someone could come play to me
The nurse had to bend forward...

STUCK (2-13-2006, sunrise, Stewart Beach, Galveston Island, Texas)

or delusion
do we each
struggle
through the ever
densening confusion
of our own
unseen blindness
stuck
somewhere between
chaos and coping
where were all
individually and collectively
so deeply buried
beneath
and much too
tightly anchored to
our historically

culturally expected
unquestioned blind faith
in too much
egoic

A Womb With A View-Part Two-After Birth
I am the new born child
I now see the outside wild
I can see, and feel, and hear
I can laugh, and shed a tear
And as i begin, to learn, and grow
I can see, the bitter seeds you sow
You adults, with all your knowledge, and learning
How reckless, and ruthless, is your yearning
To want for much more, than you need
And how you sow, your bitter seed
I see the mess you've left, all around
The poisoned air, and the damaged ground
What is left, for the new born young?
A taste of acid rain, on the tongue
We need hope, and love, and...

Noah's Ark
Isn't it funny that we worry more about Mars and what's among the stars
Than we do about each other and what's in our oceans which aren't that far
Billions spent on the invention of powerful telescopes to look into outer space
Building satellite after satellite, along with a spacestation to head the race
We know nothing of each other, hell we barely notice each other's face
We consider times getting to know each other as time that we've wasted
Parents don't know their children, children don't know that their parents worry also
Neighbors live next to...

Purge of the Jungle
In the jungle you
must wait till the
dice reads 5 or 8
I heard from the
movie Jumanji with
Robin Williams which
got me thinking because
We are living in
the Jungle and will
It become like the
Purge will one day
crime will be
legal for 24 hours
If so how will
you deal with
the law of the
Jungle to survive
must wait till the
