Very cute. It's also a good example of why first line capitalization originally derived from antique poetry (no-one knows for sure why or how it started) doesn't cut it when modern line breaks work more effectively.
I'd also change "dropped"" for fallen" only because it frowned at me when I read this aloud and I'd prefer "a single wish" to the less exclusive "one" but kudos to you, Fia for a charming concept.

I have shed a single tear,  
That's all I have left inside.  
If wellspring hopes eternal,  
Then all my hope has died!  
 
Before this last tear has fallen,  
Into Earth's swollen heart,  
I have one wish for you, dear soul,  
That your love will never part.

Understanding line breaks is important, notice you don't need punctuation because the natural pauses do the work for you.
Here's how I'd write your poem.  

I shed a single tear  
the last I held inside  
If wellspring hopes eternal  
then all my hope has died  
Before this last tear falls  
into Earth's poor broken heart  
grant a single wish dear soul  
that your love shall never part

FYI some people say a tear from your right eye is one of joy and the left eye tear is from pain.
