ROMANESQUE

Oh, Selene
Mother of silver
Aback riverboats; dew-laden coats
Unlike the austere sun
Your light, my heart had won

A night emblazoned
Of wanton and mystique
Both cherished here
The Romanesque and bleak

A coin for passage
Sky lights fold over into applause
Her clouds ever-changing as the moth
Behind the veil
My eyes witness the true beauty
Of rooms without walls
