Feeling calm
not aggregated
can be very hard
you try so hard
not to let things bother you
but sometimes that's
easier said then done
staying calm is important
you need to keep your head
you need to sit down and think
of something else instead!

I needed to read this poem today! Sometimes, I get so emotional because I have OCD. Nothing will disturb me more than thinking about bad things happening. Great poem.
