Yes and no
What would happen if my yes and no
Just come together
Like I'm naked still when dressed in clothes
Singing at the altar no matter if my chest so sore
learning real no matter how the lesson goes
And know I am with or without matter
Airy solid from my breath to bone
Star dusted heart no longer set in stone
What if my love was just a precious clove
Of garlic just so pungent for the lesser nose
But still so aromatic to some that find me similar to a vexing rose
Smooth as every petal but getting in you like you pressed the thorn
What could happen if my day and night
Combined and told my sin I say it right
Like all mine just left and said my dark was bright
And knew I loved them with all my death til life
Just come together
