Strong mention of thoughts!! It looks like things can only get better, stay, good write, and keep on writing, stay!

Oh boy, I understand this one so deeply! Finding time to think can be impossible sometimes and when you do those thoughts are so often of all the things you need to do. I have been sick this past week and it seems like that was the only way to slow me down. Anyway, I am trying to get some reading in finally since I haven't been around on her much for a while. This one definitely caught my eye.

I think you need to go to a European spa in the mountains with some nice hot thermal springs and a freezing cold plunge and just disconnect for a while. I know I need that. lol

Haha I don't think European spa is an option for me at the time. I think I just never got time to chill and work on me. Which I guess is also a good thing. I been able to work my way up at the job, and really if I would of had time to think the thoughts would of ate me alive.
