Clouds Of Tears
Seemingly enveloped by the shadow of death
Bodies after bodies dropping right and left
What's left over the cliff of constant subtraction?
What's next in step as the coming attraction?
When fractions of your heart keep chipping away
Your mind starts wandering and losing its way
Everyday one has to say their final goodbye
As tears start raining down like clouds in the sky
From sore eyes that have seen way too much
Who're limping and looking for a crutch
It's such a hard pill for one to have to swallow
Knowing friend or family won't see tomorrow
Sorrow keeps lurking like a thief in the night
And some are thinking bout ending their fight
It takes inner might in order to carry on
As death keeps coming like children of the corn

Thought provoking...
I was just out...
Walking...
Meditating...
Thinking about a caravan of folks: Bombed.
Tis deeply impactful...
But beyond that...
Those who apply creation to the destruction....
That is the mark of higher consciousness...
You know...
I often look at those who
had the most terrible of outcomes...
Thinking...
Why should "I" have it any
better than them...
The most important thing, I think, is: Awareness of Oneness.
Of course...
Who the hell believes such things...
Brother...
The other day/night...
I was out for a bike ride, right...
Twas like 1 am...
Im on a sidewalk, in an area which
I have downloaded to my radar...
I have earbuds in, thinking about poetry...
Someone almost collides with me...
I know because they jumped the curb
and are in the street...
They start talking...
That set me off...
I didnt say anything...
I just reached for my knife...
Staring into the depths of their soul...
(I literally wanted to beat them senseless
and cut their fuckin face...)
They said something like: "Nevermind... Youre good...".
They start pedaling like a bat out of hell...
Like a fucking rabbit, a species of which we
have lots of in the area...
Love those guys... (I imagine an underground warren)
But I wanted to beat them senseless
and slash their face...
Just for talking to me...
Then...
I get home later...
Well...
Some other shit happened...
But I was on the offensive again...
I called my mom at like 4am...
In any event...
I think their is a negative energy
permeating the world...
Making it easier to lose sight
of things...
Therefore, it is amazing to see
individuals with vision, such as yourself.

You've touched on several subjects here but the one that stands out the most is being brave to carry on. People with a lot less have strived to live on and it's their examples that should inspire others.
