In the Early Morning Dew

(inspired by Dimpy)

The butterfly is flitting
In the early morning dew
It came in all its beauty
Yes, to visit only you

To sip upon your flower
Your sweet nectar to enjoy
The bees around it buzzing
Trying their best to annoy

The butterfly lands lightly
On the petals of your bloom
And imbibes there of your nectar
As the bees fly 'round room

When the butterfly is through
Bees come in to gain their due
To fertilize your ovule
And make honey when they're through
