Love the bringing in of that orthopaedic term in the first line."Sly femurs thrusting"
Can visualise the bedsheet having slipped down in the action: "Silk sheet shackles on my calves"
Could almost whoop "Ye-ha! at the last line: "Midnight ride is on".
