I definitely identify UK and my wife is a Brit so there's connection somehow. One of my best customers was a Scot and he taught me a lot about humility and standing your ground. Interesting mix.

I live in a city that has rules and laws but nobody follows them. So, they needed me to take on both positions. I instituted a STK rule. Since then things are better.
