The high of a great voyage overseas
Great for the mind, great for the soul.
But then the low of the return to every day Reality
So must be careful, as in all other situations,
To avoid those extremes.
Best stay in the middle.

Getting away for bit and relaxing is always a must, but yes, dealing with reality even before getting back can cause the stress. Perhaps incorporating some kind of relaxation hour in our daily routines may help.
