Yes, I surely am. Despite the mostly unnecessarily and inevitable pain, the rejection, being too old when they only want teens or twenty somethings, (like, wtf... yes it's totally true) and so many other reasons that should leave me 'closing up shop' for good... I continue to contemplate desires participate in finding pleasure and evaluating my interests, wants and needs... I wonder if or when I'll ever be over it or dare u say, find a lasting partnership.... (ohh shut my mouth!!) ha!

Brought to mind Shakespeare's "There is a tide in the affairs of men.
Which, taken at the flood, leads on to fortune.."...loved watching the relentless ocean's crashing on the shore background video...love listening to your voice...altogether a very pleasant experience...L

I sometimes get lost within a piece and can't quite connect my emotions correctly to convey what it is I've imagined. Other times it rolls around and finally comes crashing upon my page's shore...that's where I found myself...

I believe we're all connected by water in one way or the other. By oceans, rivers, streams, etc ... for cleansing, showering, bathing or frolicking in...the ebb and flow of life, nature and the possibilities of interconnected passions are fluid and flow in an infinite variety of ways.

Just the one simple experience of pleasure I derive from the knowledge you shared of your own pleasing realizations.... makes me hunger for more.

I cherish your lovely comments and hope you listen again and again... ;)

It's a difficult way of being... having this built in voice that negates almost everything good or decent that I do or even attempt to do. I have tried my best, in many many different ways to drown it out or redirect it, yet the voice remains. It's the way my mind has processed a hard childhood that wasn't like most and as an extra added cruel bonus, I was left with this browbeating 'voice'... which is a manifestation of that pain and a lifelong reminder. I have learned how to kind of funnel it's affects but I know it will always leave some footprints that it's there.... lurking. So yes, I am incredibly hard on myself and my own worst critic... but at least I make it known and continue to work on improving it.

Yes, in a way this piece was about us!!... haha..

It's a sort of love letter to all those beautiful impassioned souls that have deeply blessed me with their love, intelligence and incredibly powerful poetry; an inspiring and wholly motivational experience that I cherish and wanted to honor

I can't tell you how grateful and glad I am that you found your way to listening..... and that you felt a bit of enjoyment, as well

I love you to pieces.... and then some.

I blame it on all the reading I do, which I'm certain is where most of it is filtered /retained from.

Tim, I think your compliment is one of the best I've ever received anywhere from anyone, regarding my poetic writing. I might as well pack it all in and close up, because I doubt I'll ever experience a similar moment that made me audibly gasp.  
 
Comparing the lines flowing into each other... to feeling like a song... well, I'm genuinely humbled and like a deer in headlights, you think so.

Really? Oh my god. What is one supposed to say here? You haven’t skipped a beat. Missed a note. Tripped a line. The poem is beautiful. What I think was so engulfing was this breathy airy timbre to the “sound” of the write. Just gentle and calming and the. You get to the end
“Where shore...  
...meets sure.” Really? The ending was so perfect my mouth was agape. And my mouth is typically only agape when I’m shoveling food in it! Outstanding! H🌷

If I could write down here the equivalent of an enormous bear hug, then that's what I would be totally wanting to send your way at this moment, dear Honoria.

My heart soared, reading your feedback and it seemed it was my turn to stand with my jaw agape.....  

{There's this small piece of my heart that I know I always hold back. Looking back throughout most of my life, I don't believe I ever really honestly gave it away to anyone... not yet... I may have thought in numerous past moments that I had given myself over wholly, only to realize later how wrong I was and how keeping that part hidden away and completely to myself was this type of coping mechanism and a sort of security blanket.  So even if I was hurt, I wouldn't ever be entirely demolished because I had that piece stowed away, protected.  

Then poetry came along and I was a goner, totally smitten and utterly fascinated. I fell so deeply in love with writing that I eventually incorporated that sacred final part my myself.... into my ink.  

That's what I believe bleeds though, my dear friend.... that last little part of my heart, finally being put back together.... allowing true fulfillment to flow into poetic musing }  

I adore you and appreciate you so so much.
