At certain points in our lives, we come to realise that some of our difficulties/ limitations are of our own making. It's a tough lesson, but I think we've all been there. Elegantly put.

I can feel the loneliness in the pic and poem. They compliment
each other so perfectly Nik:)
Even though the coin looks so shiny and royal - doesn't mean

Dear N,
For me there was a great deal of isolation in this write. More in terms of self preservation but driven to be left un-hurt. Sometimes I’ve felt like this heroine. I don’t think with a big ego but definitely one with a castle built for one. Outstanding write. H🌷
