For Your Sake
My morbid words take their toll on you,
My saddened mind disappoints you,
My desperate crawls push you away,
My cold breath freezes your love for me.
My harsh desires scare you too much,
My weak eyes you no longer look in to,
My killer fake smile has killed you so many times,
My lying hands make you think different now of me.
But still you stay.
I know I’m not your responsibility.
It’s not your concern to protect me,
To defend me,
To tend to me,
To make me happier.
Leave me for your own sake.
My saddened mind disappoints you,
My desperate crawls push you away,
My cold breath freezes your love for me.
My harsh desires scare you too much,
My weak eyes you no longer look in to,
My killer fake smile has killed you so many times,
My lying hands make you think different now of me.
But still you stay.
I know I’m not your responsibility.
It’s not your concern to protect me,
To defend me,
To tend to me,
To make me happier.
Leave me for your own sake.
