Disheveled (NaPoWriMo 2022 #10)
For now,
I seem to find it
hard?
-no:
difficult,
to follow the rules.
Not out of spite
or intention
but ignorance.
Plus,
probably,
dehydration
does little to help;
dry tight throat
like a vacuum cleaner's drum.
As water makes all flow,
easy to be
aware
competent
sensible
calm,
with a little more
-recommended daily amount,
of aqua
to ensure good behaviour.

I also struggle with hydration. I have some affirmation cards, slightly random ones. One the cards is "drink more water today". On bad days I stick it somewhere visible to remind me.

I have recently been trying to drink more water. Some days it works, and other days I still feel muddled and thirsty despite the fluids.
