His Esoteric Ancient Rambling
Two obits axis the earth
In the sanctuary of divinity dust-to-dust we evolve in rebirth
We are the children who arose, descended from the Heaven’s after given the vows of the sky
Our hymns to your ears become our sacred lullabies
The wool of our hair, in strength, eyes shall come to bow upon its commend
In the assuage of conflicts, the battle cry of man’s loins will always defend
It’s the melanin in our roots unto us its holistically divine
In solace of Gemini intellects, entwined in the creation of times
Upon hands...

"Black Boss"
Welcome to my new economy!
Hiring all races and ethnicities!
All Asians are welcomed as well as Jewish and Indians, Spanish, Italian and Mexican, even Saudi Arabian, Pakistani even African! Etc....
For all those with black pride, black activists who refuse to show support as a team and try push aside the vibes!!
Instead of being a monolithic people, moving as equals, with a code of conduct of respect to discern and disect!!
As a group and a team, with team power moving forward as a culture!
With a sharp eye 👁 to see 👀...

a view from a sidewalk cafe (in paris)
these picturesque sights,
a taste of new summer wine
light tears in my eyes
this gentle inspiring city
like a painter's spectacle
proud of this delightful moment
this open, airy feel,
the cobblestones echo
opening my mind, my thoughts,
the sky hinged just above
that lasting skyline, waiting,
listening to the crowd below
i find myself mingling among
the casual everyday people
their language foreign to me
but their love, their actions, real,
even when i sit among them
dressed as they...

Future Whispers To The Dawn Of The Past...
Body centered, inhaling, exhaling, Dragon Blood incense bellowing, purple candle burning
Eye closing, reversing, blackness churning
Elevated, cognitive lifted, I proudly breathe as a French Haitian Creole intellectual and with blessings, gifted
Devoid the temple of all negative strife, earthly contentions
Visions passing of several dimensions
Who are you, monsieur, to you have invaded my space in the universal of man’s time
Were you ordained by the secrets of Moses, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, God’s seeds planted to harvest the land of milk,...

Joy Exhibition
he died eleven years before I was born
aged only twenty-three
even younger than Keats
when his name was writ in water
yet Curtis fascinated me
when I was young and strange
(and now just old and strange)
the legend that he once
writhed on a bed of broken glass
the spasmodic grace of his dance...
my Catholic Saint
my Saint Teresa…
I do not venerate the dead
who die by suicide
as if their last despair
was all they had to give
but sometimes mood
is captured like a...

Unfolding the veils/ Rabia of Basra
In a Persian garden levitated by air
lay a seamstress awakened
listening
sadder than Demeter
pouring tea
bleeding into steam of the kettle
she enters a pale paused second
he never read her well
all the novels unread
pantomime
Rabi’a
fouth born
asleep upon stone
wise among the wood
My legacies
a reed mat,
a pottery jug
I am woman
through feminine
faucet
not a wife
nor in ways ...

bias in her eyes
I sit there legs crossed under the unnatural light
A cart of paint supplies at my right
My loving partner seated to my left
And across from me a lovely salesperson
Together we're chatting while she types on the computer
We are pleasantly talking about buying a washer and dryer
It's all so normal... So very normal... So fucking normal
With a smile my partner brings up the fact I'm a local
And I respond with my normal memorized lines
The boring trifecta of how from the area I am
And when with a grin she assumed which high school I went to ...

Last Movie Shown Here In This Drive-In
I know
that I'm watching
the last movie shown here
in this drive-in but it's still not
fair to tear it down for a mini-mall!

Whorehouse Music
Forgive me if I tend to romanticise the past... - Radio Days
For me, jazz is like a siren’s
tones, floating from the rock
of all things past much like the wrens
in migration, the Spanish stock
once flown from Scandinavia.
Mermaids and birds and sea and sky…
the music makes me think
of what is picturesque and gay. A shy
and sedentary lad, a stink
of melancholia pervading time and place.
That’s me until Bechet, Ella, and anyone
more black and old and talented than I
emerges from the rock. The wintry bone ...
