that it’s too much to ask of any one person

they say it takes a village but i was abandoned
so i’m left here fillin up this page likea loose cannon

doesn’t hit the same when it’s my own feelins i hurt
but now i’m tryna reach out n find some self worth
wanna have friendship then i gotta be a friend too
n it’s alota work but i’m tryna push through

wonderin if it’ll ever be worth the effort i put in
maybe i’m takin this whole thing alil too serious
maybe my lack of friendship is a conspiracy
more likely it’s justa self-fulfilling prophecy
