99.9% Of The Time

Sometimes when I am distant,
it’s 99.9% of it not really being about you.
I have to heal from things not talked about,
let go of things that hurt me,
regain the wasted energy that was drained out of me for it to serve no purpose,
refocus and make my path more clear cause along the way it got kinda blurry.
Don’t be selfish and think it’s about you.
Why can’t the first assumption be that wow you really went through so much I understand,
your really strong and to smile every day like nothing is happening says enough on how strong you really are.
I’m here for you always.
I’m that person for me,
myself.
Gotta be because I’m not the only person going through a lot,
me being strong for myself can help you smile and be strong for yourself.
Allow me to take time for myself when I do,
cause it’s really so I’m strong enough to be strong for all of you.
I care about making others smile.
That’s where I’m happy most,
you smile I smile.
