For whom I ruin myself (+Reading)
You love pain, you love the cold
How strange it is ... You are so young
You are so handsome and silent ...
Your glance is careless and proud
And eternally closed lips
So rarely bare their teeth,
When with a cold smile
You again control a pawn
And the dark eyes, a glassy shine,
pierces through the body, the soul ...
I will not break
a stormy splash of your ridicule
Let you tell me in my face,
How insignificant and weak-willed I am
But I believe - your love
I am the only one worthy to wear
Maybe someday you will
understand that you were often wrong
And the warm will fill the chest,
And you will moderate your proud disposition
But you are unlikely to love me
And inaccessibility so attracts! ..
You will not ruin yourself by this,
My suffering will entertain
You will live only firmly knowing that
I still love you,
To be the fruit of paradise for me,
For whom I ruin myself
And I, silently admiring
Your cold beauty,
I keep returning to the same thought:
Why are you not with me? ..
And in my thoughts I give myself the answer
The thing is that you and I are alike
And we are so attracted to each other by the ban ...
But together we are simply impossible
How strange it is ... You are so young
You are so handsome and silent ...
Your glance is careless and proud
And eternally closed lips
So rarely bare their teeth,
When with a cold smile
You again control a pawn
And the dark eyes, a glassy shine,
pierces through the body, the soul ...
I will not break
a stormy splash of your ridicule
Let you tell me in my face,
How insignificant and weak-willed I am
But I believe - your love
I am the only one worthy to wear
Maybe someday you will

And the warm will fill the chest,
And you will moderate your proud disposition

It does, doesn't it? One of nature's cruel torments. lol Sometimes we have to realize that certain things / people are bad for us. Are maybe sometimes they are good for us and we just have to accept the limitations. And I am really happy with that last part. :) Thank you so much!!! x 🕯️⛓️🩸

How we reach highest for that which is totally out of reach, no ladder will ever suffice. We never work harder for anything than for a love that will never be returned, pain but numbs this pain for mere moments. Tight piece Lil X, it's a thinker for different individuals. Sometimes things are restricted or banned by the universe and humankind can't change it

So often it is the people or things that are inaccessible we want the most. Sometimes there can be burning passion without love, and vice versa. "We never work harder for anything than for a love that will never be returned" I think most can relate to this in one way or another. We definitely don't like it when things are banned. :p Thank you so much for the very thoughtful comment I_IS_ME. 🕯️⛓️🩸

I started with your reading. Your voice was so passionate and made the poem even greater than the grand it is. I take this to be about unrequited love whose coldness acts as a moth to a flame. You really made dark emotional magic here. Your gift glows through these haunting words.

Thank you so much for the wonderful comment John, I am really happy you felt the reading enhanced this. When making the effort to do a recording like this it is always nice to know that it is worthwhile and of some benefit to enhance the piece. Unrequited love does seem to often attract like a moth to the flame over and over again; that's the perfect analogy. I love making dark emotional magic for you and I really appreciate the beautiful compliment. 🕯️⛓️🩸

oh Lordy, these southern girls....
Its amazing how youve progressed in the relatively short time youve been knocking about. careful about answering your own questions like that
youve great control over your voice. can reaffirm lines and words with a change of tone or animation, absolutely fantastic for spoken
excellent stuff

Wow, Kristina, this is fantastic! The audio rendering is beautiful and i like when the music cuts at the end placing the emphasis and focus on your final thought.
This passage powerfully describes how our expression can control the reactions and actions of others,
"So rarely bare their teeth,
When with a cold smile
You again control a pawn"
I feel the evoked imagery of this beautifully written passage,
"I will not break
a stormy splash of your ridicule"
And this passage is my favorite. A love so complete so intimately connected and fitted as to be worn,
"But I believe - your love
I am the only one worthy to wear"
Over all this is a wonderfully intelligent piece. Bravisssima Güzel arkadaşım ve harika şairim🙏🌹

I love the Wow GW. And I really appreciate the feedback on the audio so much. The music cut was more or less a coincidence but I am happy it worked that way. :) Definitely our expression can control others in so many ways whether intentional manipulation or not. I will not break but has not stopped people from trying anyway. Thank you for sharing your favorite lines, I love that. And thank you so much for the wonderful comment. Buna hayranlığınızı gerçekten hissedebiliyordum ve bu beni çok mutlu ediyor. 🕯️⛓️🩸

This felt like a perfect circle, from the passion and aching to the sensual aspect of things. Your voice conveys the emotion with absolute and profound emotion, it's very engaging.
Wonderful work Kristina.

Passion, lust, aching, and the realization that sometimes traditional concepts of love do not always work and yet strong chemistry can exist in other ways. I am so happy and grateful for your feedback regarding the conveyance of emotion through the reading and that it was engaging. Makes me feel like maybe it was worthwhile. :) Thank you so much for the comment and compliment Wally! 🕯️⛓️🩸

I absolutely love the wows, Mr. Black. Such a seductive name that makes you want to just submit to the darkness. And that you find this captivating means more to me than you can know. I would prefer to be embraced by darkness rather than put myself out there like this for all to hear. But still, I do want to draw you in and it is my nature to want to do. To drain your blood and consume you soul.
And I have never heard that comparison so I very much love that. Thank you so much for taking some time out with me and sharing your thoughts. 🕯️⛓️🩸
