I like the sound of your big gasp ...
Maybe I did something pleasing for a change ..
This is a Zen painting for me, I actually edited and added Zen as my next to last line.  I had lush but I already had lush up top.
It took many sittings to complete this one.  Slow and plodding, a little suffering too...

This painting took a long time to produce. It was a comeback to real painting again after my digital period.  I took my time with it.

I wish it was that directional bk ...
After a long lay off from painting with a brush I had to relearn a lot of things.  That however is the joy of painting.  Studying the paint and thinking in paint again.
